Peanut Butter Layer

  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt frozen into ice cubes, Dannon Light and Fit vanilla flavor
  • 1/4 cup banana sliced and frozen
  • 3 tbsp powdered peanut butter PB2 brand
  • 2 tbsp almond milk unsweetened vanilla

Chocolate Layer

  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt frozen into ice cubes, Dannon Light and Fit vanilla flavor
  • 2 tbsp almond milk unsweetened vanilla
  • 1 tbsp chocolate casein protein powder Cellucor brand

White Layer

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt frozen into ice cubes, Dannon Light and Fit vanilla flavor
  • 1/4 cup almond milk unsweetened vanilla
  • 1/2 tbsp Instant pudding mix sugar free, fat free, vanilla

Instructions

  1. Blend white layer ingredients in a blender until smooth.  Pour into bowl, then repeat process with peanut butter and chocolate layers.
  2. Tilt serving glass at a 45 degree angle and add half of the white layer.  Top with 1/2 of the peanut butter layer, then chocolate layer.  Repeat process to get the same look as the photo.
  3. Optional: top with whipped cream and chopped Reese's pieces or chocolate chips.

Notes

  • I added a few chocolate chips when blending my chocolate layer to get an extra level of chocolate flavor.  You could also use a little bit of Dutch cocoa to get a richer chocolate flavor and deeper color.
