  • 1/4 cup peanut butter creamy, 70 grams
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons honey 40 grams
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 5 milliliters
  • 2 cups (300 grams) ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Place the milk, bananas, yogurt, peanut butter, cocoa powder, honey, vanilla, and ice cubes in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth. Adjust the peanut butter and honey if desired to taste.
