Notes
- Recipe is intended for readers 21+
- Nutrition information is an estimate only.
- Garnish - We finished our cocktails with a festive peppermint stick and a rolled wafer cookie (like a pirouette cookie). Other garnishes that would work well could be a cinnamon stick or chocolate shavings.
- Peppermint - We used peppermint coffee syrup in our drink, but if you really want to add a kick to your cocktails, you could alternatively use peppermint schnapps. You could also skip the peppermint syrup and use peppermint vodka to get that same flavor.
- Vodka - You can use any brand of vodka that you prefer. You don't have to use the most expensive vodka, since you'll be mixing it, however, you want to use something that tastes clean. You could also use peppermint vodka (as mentioned above).
- Sugar Rim - We kept things simple with a white sugar sprinkle rim on our glass. It reminds me of ice crystals or snowflakes! You could also rim your cocktail glasses with crushed peppermints or a cinnamon sugar rim.
- Substitutions - If you don't have vanilla coffee creamer on hand, you can use whole milk or cream with a splash of vanilla extract OR in combination with vanilla vodka. If you don't have peppermint syrup, you can use a splash of peppermint extract - but just a splash, as the extract is stronger than coffee syrup! If you don't have white chocolate liqueur, you can just use extra vanilla coffee creamer.
