Chuflay

El chuflay es uno de los cócteles más populares de Bolivia. Se prepara con singani (un licor destilado de uvas blancas moscatel de Alejandría) y ginger ale.

Ingredients

Servings
  • 70 ml de Singani (brandy de uva boliviana)
  • 210 ml ginger ale
  • lime slices
  • ice cubes
  • lime juice opcional, a few drops
  • Cubitos de hielo

Instructions

  1. Coloque dos cubitos de hielo en el fondo del vaso.
  2. Vierta el singani y a continuación, el ginger ale.
  3. Añada unas gotas de jugo de lima (opcional).
  4. Agregue 1 rodaja de limón a la bebida.
  5. Sirva inmediatamente.

Notes

  • Es importante utilizar singani boliviano auténtico para obtener el incomparable sabor a uva.
