Try this No bake cinnamon corn flake cereal bars recipe. They are absolutely delicious! Once you know how to make cornflake bars, they are so simple. Kid's go crazy over Cinnamon corn flake bars recipe!

Ingredients
- 4 Tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- ½ cup light brown sugar
- 1 Tablespoon ground cinnamon
- ½ cup corn syrup
- 3 cups corn flakes lightly crushed
- 2 cups milk chocolate chips
- flakey salt optional for topping
Instructions
- Line an 8X8 baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
- Heat the brown sugar, cinnamon and corn syrup in a saucepan over medium high heat until it starts to boil slightly.
- Remove the pan from heat and stir in the butter and peanut butter until smooth and combined.
- Gently fold in the corn flakes.
- Press the mixture into the prepared baking pan.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl, heating it in 30 second intervals, until melted.
- Spread the melted chocolate on top of the peanut butter mixture and top with the flakey salt if using.
- Let sit at room temperature until the chocolate is fully set and then the bars are ready to serve and enjoy!
Notes
- Store any leftover bars in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
- Make sure not to overheat the chocolate or it could easily burn.
- Microwave it in only 30 second intervals to prevent it from burning.
