Ingredients

  • 19 oz package Sweet Potato Fries
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • cup marshmallow creme
  • ¼ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Thaw out sweet potato fries for 10 minutes and place into a large bowl
  2. Add cinnamon and sugar to bowl and use your hand to toss sweet potato fries Bake according to directions on the package
  3. While fries are baking, prepare the glaze: In a medium bowl whisk together marshmallow creme, greek yogurt, and salt together; set aside
  4. Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium-high heat (The butter will begin to foam)
  5. Make sure you whisk consistently during this process
  6. After a couple of minutes, the butter will begin to brown on the bottom of the saucepan; continue to whisk and remove from heat as soon as the butter begins to brown and give off a nutty aroma
  7. Set aside to cool for a few minutes then whisk into the marshmallow creme until well combined
  8. Once the fries are done baking, drizzle the brown butter marshmallow glaze over the fries
  9. Alternatively you can also use the glaze as a dip since there will be a significant amount of it
