Cinnamon & Walnut Stuffed Pears

Ingredients
- 2 pear halved and centers scooped out
- 1/2 cup walnut chopped, raw
- 1 tsp. dark brown sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- Greek yogurt or ice cream, optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- In an oven safe dish, place the halved, scooped out pears in the bottom on the dish. Fill the center with walnuts first, and then top with sugar, cinnamon, and honey.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until pears become slightly tender. Serve alone, or with optional yogurt or vanilla ice cream.
