Ingredients

  • 10.6 oz vanilla Greek yogurt 2 single serve cups = 300 grams, Dannon Light and Fit brand, frozen into cubes
  • 3/4 cup almond milk 6 oz, unsweetened vanilla
  • 1 coop casein protein powder 33 grams, Cellucor brand, vanilla flavor
  • 10-12 ice cubes
  • Food Coloring blue gel type
  • 3 cookies 33 grams, Chips Ahoy! brand, chopped
  • 9 cookies 29 grams, Oreo Mini brand, chopped

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients except cookies to a high speed blender. Blend until completely smooth, then fold in cookies with a spatula.
  2. Divide into two glasses for serving. Top with whipped cream and additional chopped cookies, if desired.

Notes

  • Substitutions: If you don't have casein protein powder or don't want to use it, sub it out with 1 1/2 tbsp vanilla pudding mix instead. Whey protein powder will not provide the same consistency as casein.
