Copycat Big Mac Sliders

Copycat Big Mac Sliders recreate the classic fast-food sandwich in small, handheld portions. Ground beef cooked with onions forms the base, topped with melted American cheese, pickle slices, and a special tangy sauce. Sesame seed-topped buns are baked with the filling inside, resulting in warm sliders that combine familiar flavors in a convenient size.

Description

These sliders imitate the iconic Big Mac by layering seasoned ground beef and sautéed onions on slider buns. The beef is cooked until browned and mixed with translucent onions. A secret sauce made from mayonnaise, dill pickle relish, yellow mustard, vinegar, and spices adds tang and depth. American cheese slices and pickles complete the flavor profile, with ketchup and mustard drizzled on top.

Baked at 350°F, the sliders meld flavors as the cheese melts and buns are brushed with butter and sprinkled with sesame seeds for a toasted finish. The foil covering during baking keeps moisture and warmth, ensuring soft buns and juicy filling.

Serve these sliders as appetizers, snacks, or a casual meal. Their size and stacked ingredients pack the familiar Big Mac taste in a mini version perfect for gatherings or children.
