Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups Ice cubes
- 1 ½ cups strong coffee cooled
- 1 cup half-and-half
- ⅓ cup Caramel sauce plus more for garnish
- 1 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon xanthan gum
- Whipped Cream for garnish
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender. Cover and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce. Serve immediately.
