  • 1 ½ cups strong coffee cooled
  • 1 cup half-and-half
  • cup Caramel sauce plus more for garnish
  • 1 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon xanthan gum
  • Whipped Cream for garnish

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender. Cover and blend until smooth.
