Corned Beef Sliders

Easy Corned Beef Sliders are full of flavor and total comfort food that leave your taste buds wanting more. Sliders are the best party food or weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
- 12 sweet Hawaiian rolls
- ¼ cup butter divided
- 12 lices Swiss cheese
- 1 lb thin sliced corned beef
- 32 jar (32 oz) Sauerkraut completely drained or make our Homemade Sauerkraut
- ¼ cup Thousand Island dressing or our homemade Reuben Dressing
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375ºF.
- Cut tops of rolls off.
- Place bottom into a greased baking dish.
- Spread 3 tablespoons of butter over bottom layer of rolls.
- Place 6 slices of cheese on top of butter.
- Spread sliced corned beef evenly over top of cheese.
- In a small bowl, combine sauerkraut and thousand island dressing.
- Spread mixture over top of corned beef.
- Add remaining 6 slices of cheese over sauerkraut mixture.
- Place roll tops on top of cheese.
- Melt remaining butter and brush it over top of sliders.
- Sprinkle garlic powder and poppy seeds on top.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and tops of rolls are a bit crunchy.
- Slice in between rolls with serrated edge knife before serving to make it easier.
Notes

- Pick soft dinner rolls as they are the perfect size for sliders and will make your sandwiches easier to hold and eat.
- Assemble your sliders neatly and secure them with toothpicks to make them visually appealing and easy to grab.
- If you let the buns soak up the buttery glaze without putting them in the oven immediately your sliders will be soggy.
