  • 1 cup Greek yogurt or whole milk natural yogurt
  • 3 cups raspberries frozen
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 Tablespoons sweetener

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth and thick. Serve immediately.
