Cranberry BBQ Crockpot Meatballs

With just 5 minutes of prep, these crockpot meatballs simmer in a mouthwatering cranberry bbq sauce that's perfect for a party or holiday!

Ingredients

  • 32 oz meatball approximately 60-65 meatballs, appetizer size, frozen, thawed
  • 17 oz BBQ sauce bottle, favorite
  • 14 oz cranberry sauce or equivalent amount of homemade cranberry sauce, jellied, canned
  • parsley optional garnish, fresh, minced
  • black pepper optional garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together bbq and cranberry sauce.  Set aside.
  2. Add thawed meatballs to bottom of slow cooker, pour sauce over top and stir to combine.
  3. Cover, and cook on LOW for 3-4 hours.  For a more glaze-like consistency, take the lid off during the last 30 minutes to an hour.
  4. If desired, garnish with a sprinkle of parsley and pepper.
