Ingredients

Servings
  • 1 ½ - 2 cups almond milk use 2 cups if sharing
  • 1 tablespoon flax meal
  • 1 protein powder unflavored, optional
  • ½ - 1 banana add a whole banana for sweetness or if sharing
  • ½ cup spinach
  • 2 tablespoon almond butter creamy, or nut butter of choice
  • ¼ cup ice optional

Instructions

  1. Gather the ingredients
  2. For the best consistency, add the ingredients to the blender in the order they appear on the ingredient list.
  3. Serve and drink immediately.
