  • 1 can black beans rinsed and drained and cooked according to label directions
  • 1 cup sweet corn cooked, kernels
  • 2 trips Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 2 Tablespoons red bell pepper fresh, chopped
  • 3 Tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon onion finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Serve with pita or corn tortilla chips.
  2. Salsa may be served warm or may be stored in the refrigerator and served chilled.
