Ingredients
- 400 ml coconut milk 1 2/3 cups
- 250 ml heavy cream
- 250 ml milk
- 100 gms sugar ½ cup
- 100 ml Grain Alcohol or 125 ml - 4 oz. Vodka, 3 oz., 95% or 151 proof
- 5 tbsp desiccated coconut
- 2 tsp coconut essence
Notes
- This liqueur should keep in the fridge for a couple of months, though mine never lasts that long.
