Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoons celery seed
  • 1 apple cider vinegar tablespoon amount unclear
  • 1 ½ tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 coleslaw mix

Instructions

  1. Whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, onion powder, celery seeds, apple cider vinegar, sugar, and salt.
  2. Add the coleslaw mix and toss until coated.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator or at least 1 hour. (You can store it in the fridge for up to 2 days.)
  4. To serve, remove the slaw from the fridge and toss briefly before serving.
