Ingredients

  • 3 russet potato about 1 1/2 pounds
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 Tablespoon garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • parsley sea salt, additional parmesan cheese for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash potatoes under cool water and gently scrub with a vegetable brush.
  2. Slice potatoes lengthwise. Place the flat side down on a cutting board and cut in half. Slice each section into wedges.
  3. In a small bowl whisk together paprika and onion powder. Set aside.
  4. In a large mixing bowl add prepared potato wedges and add oil. MIx with your hands to ensure the oil coats each wedge.
  5. Add spices, cheese and garlic. Mix until well incorporated over the potato wedges.

AIR FRYER POTATO WEDGES

  1. Turn on at 400°F degrees to pre-heat. If not pre-heating, increase the cooking time by a couple of minutes.
  2. Place prepared potatoes in the center of the air fryer. Cover and set timer for 10 minutes. Check for tenderness and desired texture. Add additional cooking time if needed.
  3. Serve immediately.

OVEN BAKED POTATO WEDGES

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400°F degrees. Place a cooling rack on a baking sheet and set aside.
  2. Place prepared potato wedges on baking rack and cook for 20-25 minutes or until the desired tenderness.
  3. Place under a broiler for a couple of minutes to make crispier if desired.
  4. Serve immediately.

Notes
