  • 20 oz edamame thawed, shelled frozen
  • 2 tb olive oil
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven to 400 Degrees F
  2. In a bowl, combine all ingredients until the Edamames completely coated with the oil
  3. Place the mixture in a single layer on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper
  4. Bake for approximately 45 minutes. Tossing them every 10-15 minutes to keep them from burning
  5. When they cool, keep them in an airtight container
