Cuban Sliders

This Cuban sliders recipe is filled with ham, pork, and gooey cheese, all topped with a mini pickle!

Ingredients

  • 12 slider rolls
  • 4 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 16 ounces pork shredded
  • 8 ounces Oscar Mayer Selects Natural Applewood Smoked Ham
  • 12 ounces Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 12 dill pickles miniature or pickle slices

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Place the bottom half of the slider buns in a casserole dish.
  3. Spread yellow mustard over the buns.
  4. Layer shredded pork over the buns.
  5. Layer ham slices over the pork.
  6. Layer Swiss cheese slices over the ham.
  7. Place the top buns on the sliders and brush them melted butter.
  8. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 10 minutes, then remove the foil and continue baking for another 10 minutes.
  9. Add a mini dill pickle or dill pickle slice to the top of each slider.
  10. Enjoy!
