Disneyland Copycat Tigger Tails
Report
These copycat Tigger Tails are just like the ones you can get at Disneyland! Marshmallow sticks coated in melted caramel, covered in an orange-colored white chocolate and chocolate stripes, and then coated in orange sugar!

Ingredients
- 6 Lollipop sticks
- 24 regular size marshmallows
- 9.5 oz bag of Kraft caramels
- ¼ tsp heavy cream optional
- 2 cups white chocolate melting wafers or candy melts
- ¼ tsp coconut oil optional
- orange candy coloring
- orange sanding sugar
- ¼ cup semi-sweet chocolate melted
Instructions
- Put the marshmallows on your skewers or lollipop sticks, four per stick.
- Place the caramel in a small saucepan and heat over medium-low heat until the caramel is completely melted. Once it’s melted, remove it from heat. If the caramel is too thick, you can add 1/2 tsp of heavy cream to thin it out.
- While the caramel is still warm, use a wooden spoon to pour caramel over top of the marshmallows to completely coat them in caramel – allowing any extra caramel to drip off the marshmallows and back into the pan!
- Place the coated marshmallows on the prepared baking sheet and repeat this process until all of your marshmallows are coated! Then place the baking sheet in the refrigerate to chill for 30 minutes.
- Place the white chocolate in a deep microwave safe dish. Place in the microwave and melt in 30-second increments, stirring between increments, until smooth. If the chocolate is still too thick, you can add 1/4 tsp of coconut oil to help thin and smooth it out a bit!
- Once it’s fully melted, add a drop of orange food coloring to the white chocolate and stir. Continue this process until you get the orange color you’re looking for.
- Dip the marshmallow skewers into the container to fully coat. If there’s extra chocolate, let that drip back into the bowl for the next marshmallow!
- Place the marshmallow stick back onto the baking sheet and immediately sprinkle with sanding sugar. Repeat with all of the skewers.
- Melt the chocolate in a small microwave safe bowl but this time in 20-second increments, stirring in between, until the chocolate is smooth.
- Transfer the melted chocolate into either a piping bag or a zipper top bag with a small hole cut out of the corner.
- Pipe tiger stripes onto the tails, alternating sides to get a nice tiger look! Then let the chocolate set completely before eating.
Notes
- Make sure your caramel and chocolate are fresh. Stale caramel and chocolates won’t melt as well.
- Read through the recipe first. If you’re not prepared and organized, this recipe can be a huge mess!
- These are best served the day of of course but you can also store these for up to 3-4 days in an airtight container lined with wax or parchment paper that’s kept in the fridge.
