Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Zinc Oxide (I recommend Raise Them Well)
- 1 tablespoon aloe vera gel
- 1-2 drops lemon or lavender essential oil (optional) {From Adrienne: I would recommend trying grapefruit as well. For why I chose this essential oils company, see this series.}
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together in a small jar.
- Apply a dot to affected area.
- Store in refrigerator for better redness reduction.
