Doogh, also known as ayran or tan, is a salty goat or ewe yogurt beverage that is popular in Syria, Lebanon and Turkey.

Ingredients
- ½ cup sheep's yogurt cold, or goat's yogurt
- ½ cup still water cold, or sparkling water
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- mint or dried, fresh
- ice crushed
Equipment
- blender
Instructions
- Add the yoghurt and water in a blender.
- Mix for 1 minute until frothy.
- Pour the mixture into a glass.
- Add crushed ice and decorate with a little mint on top.
Notes
- Depending on your taste, use less water for a thicker drink, or more for a lighter drink.
