Double Peanut Butter Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Homemade Peanut Butter
  • 2 tablespoons homemade almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
  • 1 ½ teaspoons erythritol
  • 4 drops liquid stevia

Instructions

  1. Measure out your peanut butter and almond butter and add to a ramekin.
  2. Add butter, heavy cream, erythritol and stevia.
  3. Mix well until combined (leave chunks of butter).
  4. Put in the freezer for 20-40 minutes until the consistency you want is found.
  5. Eat as is, or roll into 4 balls. Garnish with peanuts and sprigs of mint.
