Ingredients
- ½ cup plain greek yogurt unsweetened (120g)
- 6 tablespoons dulce de Leche 135g
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt 3g
Dippers
- Apple slices
- Graham crackers
- animal crackers
- Oreos
- vanilla wafers
- pretzels
- strawberries
- raspberries
Instructions
- Measure the Greek yogurt and dulce de leche into a large bowl.
- Mix the two ingredients together using a hand mixer or a rubber spatula. Blend until smooth and creamy. This might take a few minutes because the dulce de leche is extremely thick.
- Sprinkle in the salt, and stir until combined.
- Serve with apple slices and your favorite fruits, crispy pretzels, Graham crackers or cookies.
Notes
- If you’re sensitive to salt, start with ¼ teaspoon and add more after tasting.
- How to store: Place the dip in an airtight food container and store in the fridge. It will last for up to a week. You might need to drain excess water from it before serving.
