Ingredients
- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 can (14 oz) Dulce de Leche caramel
Instructions
- Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
- Place the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 2 minutes, stirring after one minute. Stir until melted and combined. You may need to heat a little more, only for 15 seconds at a time. Stir well, then add the vanilla.
- Spread evenly in the pan.
- Spoon the dulce de leche over the hot fudge and use a knife to marble the dulce de leche into the fudge. Don’t overmix.
- Let the fudge cool completely before cutting.

- Tips:
- Storage:Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.May be frozen for up to 3 months.
- Use a thick dulce de leche, not a pourable kind.
- Use a knife to marble in the dulce de leche to the warm white chocolate fudge.
- Make smooth, swirling motions to marble the fudge.
- Don't overwork the fudge with marbling. You could turn it to mud.
