Ingredients
- 8 oz velveeta cubed or shredded
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ⅛ cup poblano pepper seeded and diced
- 1 jalapeño small, seeded and diced
- ¼ cup onion white; diced
- 1 tablespoon cilantro
- ½ cup tomato diced
- ½ lime juiced
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium-low heat, add all of the ingredients except the lime juice and black pepper.
- When the Velveeta begins to melt, reduce the heat to low. Stir well until smooth.
- Stir in the lime juice and black pepper to taste. Serve and enjoy!
