- 1 cup flour
- 1 ¼ cups milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter melted, plus more for cooking
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, milk, eggs, sugar, salt, melted butter, and vanilla until the mixture is silky smooth and get frothy on the top.
- Grease an 8-inch skillet with butter over medium-low heat.
- Add about 1/4 cup of batter to the center of the pan. Tilt the pan so that the batter fills the entire bottom of the pan.
- Cook for about 1 minute, then gently flip the crepe using a spatula.
- Cook for another 1 minute until golden.
- Transfer to the plate, and repeat with the remaining batter.
- Add your favorite crepe toppings. Serve and enjoy!
