Easy Low Carb Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Roasted Brussels sprouts are easy, delicious, and healthy. It's one of our favorite low carb side dishes.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved, fresh
  • 1 ½ tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper ground

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and grease a large baking sheet. Set aside.
  2. Trim the ends and then cut the Brussel sprouts in halves lengthwise.
  3. Place them in a large bowl, season with olive oil, salt and pepper. Toss to coat thoroughly.
  4. Add them into the baking sheet with a single layer with the flat sides facing down.
  5. Bake the seasoned Brussel sprouts in the oven until tender and caramelized, about 20 minutes.
