Instructions

Make the Pumpkin Spice Syrup

  1. In a small saucepan, add in all the syrup ingredients and whisk well. Simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes, until the brown sugar is dissolved and the syrup is dark and smells amazing.
  2. Carefully strain the syrup through a fine mesh sieve into a heat-safe container to let the syrup cool for a bit while you make your martini. This syrup is great in cocktails, coffee, on waffles, too!

Make the Pumpkin Espresso Martini

  1. Fill your cocktail shaker with the ice cubes.
  2. Add in the vodka, the espresso, the liqueurs, and pumpkin spice syrup and shake for 30 seconds. The longer you shake, the more foam you'll make.
  3. Pour the cocktail into your martini glass, make sure to get that foam right on top!
  4. Garnish with 3 espresso beans and a sprinkle of pumpkin spice. Enjoy cold!
