Easy Sesame Flaxseed Crackers
Description
Easy Sesame Flaxseed Crackers combine sesame flour and ground flaxseed with water, salt, and optional black pepper to form a dough that is rolled thinly and baked until crisp. Sprinkled with sesame seeds before baking, they develop a golden edge and firm snap. The crackers' nutty taste and crunchy texture come from the seeds and flour blend.
These crackers can be enjoyed as a snack on their own or served with dips, cheeses, or spreads. Their crisp bite complements softer accompaniments and adds texture to a cheese platter or salad.
The recipe yields about 20 crackers. They can be stored in an airtight container to maintain crispness. Low in net carbs, these satisfy a light craving or act as an alternative to bread-based snacks.
