Easy Sesame Flaxseed Crackers

These crackers blend sesame flour and ground flaxseeds into a thin, crisp baked snack topped with sesame seeds for extra nutty flavor and crunch. The delicate texture and modest seasonings make them a versatile accompaniment or light snack. They are low in carbs and simple to prepare, making them practical for everyday nibbling or serving alongside dips and spreads.

Description

Easy Sesame Flaxseed Crackers combine sesame flour and ground flaxseed with water, salt, and optional black pepper to form a dough that is rolled thinly and baked until crisp. Sprinkled with sesame seeds before baking, they develop a golden edge and firm snap. The crackers' nutty taste and crunchy texture come from the seeds and flour blend.

These crackers can be enjoyed as a snack on their own or served with dips, cheeses, or spreads. Their crisp bite complements softer accompaniments and adds texture to a cheese platter or salad.

The recipe yields about 20 crackers. They can be stored in an airtight container to maintain crispness. Low in net carbs, these satisfy a light craving or act as an alternative to bread-based snacks.
