Easy Strawberry Colada With Malibu

Strawberry Colada - everything you love about Pina Coladas plus strawberries! Fast and easy using frozen fruit, this will be your new summer cocktail favourite.

Ingredients
- 250 g strawberry frozen
- 250 g pineapple frozen; pieces or chunks
- 90 ml white rum I used Bicardi
- 30 ml rum I used Malibu, coconut flavored
- 200 ml coconut milk
Instructions
- Add the frozen strawberries and frozen pineapple pieces to a food processor.
- Process until very finely chopped.
- Add coconut milk along with the white rum and coconut rum then process until blended and serve.
Notes
- *Please note that the amount of calories per serve is provided as a guide only, as ingredients and cooking methods can vary greatly*
- My food processor is 1500 ml/6 cup capacity and fits the contents of this recipe to make two cocktails comfortably.
- You might need to scrape down the sides of the processor a few times when you are chopping the frozen fruit.
