Easy Tiramisu Recipe - this delicious no bake dessert is made in 10 minutes or less and poured onto individual glasses for a fancy look. You will love them!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coffee at room temperature
- 8 oz mascarpone cheese softened
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 Butter Poundcake diced
- chocolate syrup
- 2 oz bittersweet chocolate for garnish
Instructions
- Mix mascarpone cheese, vanilla and coffee together until creamy and smooth. Divide this mixture in 2
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream and sugar until stiff peaks form. About 4-5 minutes
- Fold HALF of the mascarpone cream into the heavy the cream until combined
- In a glass (or cup) place a bit of the whipped cream on the bottom, add the cubes of Sara Lee poundcake, mascarpone coffee cream, hershey's syrup and whipped cream mixture
- Repeat the last step again with another layer
- Top with shaved chocolate
- Place in the fridge until ready to serve
- Enjoy!
