- 2 beet tops trimmed, medium
- 1 bay leaf dried or fresh
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 endive purple or green, OR Butter or IceBerg Lettuce, ends trimmed and separated into individual leaves, heads
- 1/4 cup walnuts roughly smash in a bag with a pan, crumbled
- 1/2 cup caesar dressing Litehouse Organic
- fresh herbs chives or dill, about 1 tbsp chopped, to garnish
