- 1 tbsp flakey salt Maldon
- 2 tsp dried minced garlic
- 2 tsp dried minced onion
- ½ tbsp roasted black sesame seeds

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients: 1 tbsp roasted white sesame seeds, 1 tbsp flakey salt, 2 tsp dried minced garlic, 2 tsp dried minced onion, ½ tbsp roasted black sesame seeds, and 1 tsp poppy seeds
- Mix until incorporated.
- Transfer the ingredients into an airtight container and cover with a lid. Keep at room temperature for up to two months.
