  • 2 large green bell pepper seeded, sliced
  • 1 large red onion thinly sliced
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon oregano dried

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add oil. Once the oil is hot, add the green peppers and onion. Season the vegetables with salt and oregano.
  2. Cook, stirring occasionally until softened slightly (12-15 minutes).
  3. Remove from heat and serve with more fajita fixings.
