Fiesta Spinach Dip

  • 3 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 bag spinach frozen, 10 ounces
  • 1 block cream cheese room temperature
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilis 10 ounces
  • ½ cup sour cream room temperature
  • 1 medium jalapeno pepper seeded and diced
  • 1 tablespoon garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • tortilla chips for serving, or crostini

Instructions

  1. Add mozzarella cheese, spinach, cream cheese, diced tomatoes, sour cream, jalapeno, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, chili powder, and onion powder to a slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4 hours, stirring occasionally until the dip is creamy and well blended.
  3. Stir well before serving and enjoy warm with tortilla chips or crostini.
