Ingredients
- 3 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1 bag spinach frozen, 10 ounces
- 1 block cream cheese room temperature
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilis 10 ounces
- ½ cup sour cream room temperature
- 1 medium jalapeno pepper seeded and diced
- 1 tablespoon garlic minced
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- tortilla chips for serving, or crostini
Instructions
- Add mozzarella cheese, spinach, cream cheese, diced tomatoes, sour cream, jalapeno, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, chili powder, and onion powder to a slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4 hours, stirring occasionally until the dip is creamy and well blended.
- Stir well before serving and enjoy warm with tortilla chips or crostini.
