  • 1/4 cup butter melted, unsalted
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1/3 cup whipping cream chilled
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla good quality if you have it
  • 4 to 6 figs cut in half (depending on how many you'd like to place on top)
  • 1/2 water
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 corn syrup
  • 3/4 whipping cream
