  • 3 Mango diced
  • ¼ cup red onion diced
  • 1 red bell pepper diced
  • 1 jalapeño de-seeded and diced
  • ¼ cup cilantro chopped
  • lime juice juice of one lime
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium sized bowl combine the 3 diced mangos, ¼ cup diced red onion, 1 diced red bell pepper , 1 de seeded and diced jalapeno , ¼ cup chopped cilantro ,juice of one lime , and salt to taste .
