Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs (750g) salmon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt
- ground black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 3 tablespoons salted butter melted
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley or mixed herbs (oregano, thyme, chives)
Instructions
- Cut the salmon into 1-inch (2.5 cm) cubes. Transfer them to a bowl and season with olive oil, a pinch of salt, and ground black pepper. Thread three pieces of salmon onto each skewer.
- Mix the garlic, melted butter, lemon juice, and herbs together, ensuring that the butter is fully melted and well combined with the other ingredients.
- Preheat the grill and cook the salmon for about 1 to 2 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Transfer the grilled salmon kebabs to a platter and drizzle the garlic butter over them. Serve immediately.
Notes
- If you use a bamboo skewer, soak the skewers in cold water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning while grilling. If you don't have a grill, you may cook the salmon on a grill pan.
