  • 8 Tablespoons butter salted
  • 4 garlic or the equivalent, large cloves
  • 1 Tablespoon parsley chopped
  • ¼ - ½ teaspoon salt or to taste

Instructions

  1. Mince garlic or put through a garlic press.
  2. Melt about 2 Tablespoons of butter in a small pan.
  3. Add garlic to melted butter. Bring to a simmer and saute about 3 minutes until tender. Do not brown.
  4. Add remaining butter and heat until melted. Stir in chopped parsley.
