Garlic Parmesan Spaghetti

Garlic Parmesan Spaghetti features cooked pasta tossed in a buttery garlic sauce, seasoned with salt and pepper, and finished with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley. The sauce coats the pasta with a smooth texture, while the garlic adds a savory depth. This simple combination offers a lightly creamy, comfortable dish suitable for a quick meal.

Description

The recipe for Garlic Parmesan Spaghetti calls for cooking pasta according to package directions and then combining it with melted butter infused with sautéed fresh garlic. Salt and black pepper season the dish, and reserved pasta water is slowly added to achieve a silky sauce that clings to each strand. Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley are stirred in off the heat to finalize the flavor and introduce a mild herbaceous note.

The garlic lends its pungent aroma and slight sharpness, balanced by the richness of butter and the nuttiness of Parmesan. The texture is coated but not heavy, with a pleasant garlic butter presence. Fresh parsley adds color and brightness to the pasta. This dish works well as a main for a straightforward meal or a side accompanying proteins or vegetables.
