Greek Crescent Rolls combine feta cheese, sun dried tomatoes & tons of other delicious ingredients in this scrumptious vegetarian appetizer recipe!

  • 16 oz crescent roll dough 2 - 8 count cans
  • 1 cup Greek feta salad dressing
  • 1 cup sun dried tomatoes
  • 1 cup fresh spinach chopped
  • ¼ cup green onions chopped
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 4 cloves garlic crushed
  • ½ cup feta cheese crumbled

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Combine the sun dried tomatoes, spinach, green onions, oregano, garlic & feta in a large bowl.
  3. Toss everything together, then set aside.
  4. Roll out the crescent roll dough, press perforations together.
  5. Spread ½ cup of Greek feta dressing over each roll of crescent dough.
  6. Divide the spinach, tomato mixture evenly across both rolls of dough.
  7. Roll the dough over the filling.
  8. Slice in 1 inch sections.
  9. Place the rolls touching in an oven safe dish.
  10. Place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes (or until the crescent rolls are golden brown).
