Greek Sliders

Greek Sliders are mini beef burgers blended with kalamata olives, red onions, parsley, and spices, topped with cucumber, tomato, spinach, feta, and creamy tzatziki sauce. The flavorful mix in the patties paired with fresh vegetable toppings and a tangy yogurt-based sauce creates a balanced bite with Mediterranean flair.

Description

This recipe crafts sliders from ground beef combined with diced kalamata olives, red onion, and parsley, seasoned with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. The mixture is formed into small patties and grilled to medium rare or preferred doneness. Slider buns hold the burgers along with fresh cucumber slices, spinach leaves, tomato, crumbled feta cheese, and a dollop of homemade tzatziki sauce.

The tzatziki sauce is made by mixing Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, salt, dill, and diced cucumber, contributing a cool, tangy contrast to the savory burgers. This combination yields a slider with salty, herbaceous, and creamy notes alongside crisp vegetable textures.

These sliders are ideal for casual gatherings or as a flavorful finger food. The recipe yields 15 sliders, making it suitable for groups. Grilling the patties provides a straightforward way to cook while developing a grilled flavor on the beef.
