- 2 cups diced cucumber (or shredded)
- ½ cup fresh dill (minced)
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic (grated)

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, check for seasoning. Add more dill, lemon, garlic or salt/pepper if you wish!
