This quick and easy green Thai tea recipe, sweetened with honey, is ready in 15 minutes and perfect served chilled or warm.

Ingredients
- 1.5 tablespoon Thai green tea number one (see notes)
- 250 ml hot water
- 100 ml honey
- 30 ml lime juice
- 50 ml water

Instructions
- Place green Thai tea leaves into a cloth filter in a pitcher.
- Pour hot water over the green Thai tea leaves in the filter. Let it steep for 3 minutes, or longer, depending on how strong you like it.
- Combine water, honey, and fresh lime juice in your serving glass.
- Fill your glass with crushed ice.
- Gently pour the steeped green Thai tea over the crushed ice atop the honey lime mixture. Serve immediately and enjoy!
