Ingredients

Servings
  • 2 blocks cream cheese room temperature, 8 ounces each
  • 3 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix dry
  • 5-6 large dill pickles chopped (about 1 ½ cups
  • 1 ½ cups deli ham chopped
  • 8 large flour tortillas 8-inch

Instructions

  1. To a medium bowl, add the cream cheese, dry ranch seasoning mix, dill pickles, and ham. Mix thoroughly until the ingredients are creamy and well incorporated. This makes about 4 cups filling.
  2. Lay out the tortillas on a clean, dry work surface. Evenly spread ½ cup of the cream cheese mixture over each tortilla, ensuring the mixture reaches the edges.
  3. Roll up each tortilla tightly from one end to the other, creating a compact log. Using a sharp knife, cut the rolls into ¾-inch pieces. Serve immediately.*
