Description
The dressing starts by whisking whole milk Greek yogurt with extra-virgin olive oil and fresh lemon juice, creating a creamy and zesty base. Dijon mustard contributes subtle heat and emulsifying action. Minced garlic offers pungency, while minced capers introduce a salty, tangy bite similar to anchovies in classic Caesar recipes. Black pepper is freshly ground in to finish the seasoning to taste.

Ingredients
- ⅓ cup Greek yogurt whole milk
