  • 1 ½ teaspoons garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon oregano dried
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup olive oil 109 g

Instructions

  1. Combine the first seven ingredients (every ingredient except for the oil) in a medium bowl.
  2. Slowly whisk in the oil until blended.
  3. Store the dressing in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
