These Immunity Shots are an inexpensive and easy way to boost your immunity this cold and flu season. With 5 minutes and a few simple ingredients, you'll have a batch ready-to-go!

Ingredients
- 3 garlic cloves, pressed
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1/2 cup ginger juice
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- To a large glass jar add the pressed garlic cloves, lemon juice, ginger juice, honey and warm water. Whisk until ingredients are fully combined. Alternatively, you can add all ingredients (except the olive oil) to a blender and blend on high until fully combined.
- Pour into 4 small cups or shot glasses and top each shot with 1.5 tsp olive oil and then enjoy immediately in one full gulp. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 2 days
Notes
- You can generally find ginger juice at local juice shops or farmer's markets. Alternatively, make our Homemade Ginger Juice
- Feel free to adjust the recipe by adding more honey if needed.
